Workshop - Thursday 14th August 2025 - Manipulated Fabric, Textures and Tucks
Location : Kates Kloths Studio, Netherton Park Farm, Northumberland NE61 6EF
Time 10am - 3pm
In this workshop learn how to manipulate fabric to create surface texture using a range of fabrics and manipulation techniques. You will learn how to incorporate traditional techniques such as smocking and suffolk puffs and pleating along with innovative methods to create a textures and tucks. These are combined with french knots to create a textured fabric piece.
